I'm all for trying new things, but organ meat has always tasted and smelled horrid to me, no matter how many times or ways I try it. I can choke down really really expensive paté, but I still don't like it. Adam is still trying to get me to eat haggis though. The current deal is that whenever we finally end up in Scotland for a holiday, I'll try a small bite.
